Dear Remoov customers,

Many counties across the country have implemented various restrictions on businesses to protect the public and mitigate the spread of Covid-19. While these measures do not effect our business, we want to let you know we remain vigilant and continue to take extra precautions to protect the safety of our staff and customers.

The safety measures Remoov put in place in March remain in effect. In Addition, we have now also temporarily suspended payment collection via wireless devices. Instead, all services will be invoiced for the work completed, thereby eliminating the need to share devices to collect payment. We kindly request that payment be rendered prior to our team leaving the premises.

As a friendly reminder, we would greatly appreciate minimal people and interaction with our team during the pickup. Remoov team members carry sanitizer bottles with them at all times, please let us know if you need one and we'd be happy to help out. We are grateful for your patronage, patience, and understanding while we navigate through these difficult times.

While the Shelter-In-Place remains in effect throughout the Bay Area, Remoov remains open with a minimal staff to serve our customers with the greatest need. If you are in need of an essential service, we are here to serve you when needed. If you are able to wait until after the ordinance is lifted, we kindly request that you book your pickup after May 30th. Dear Remoov Clients,

Due to the recent outbreak of Covid-19, Remoov has implemented changes to our service to maximize your safety and that of our team. These changes will help reduce exposure and spread of the virus while maintaining the excellent service you have come to expect.

Here are the changes:

  • Effective immediately, we are halting all in-home consultations until further notice. We will happily provide you a pickup estimate by submitting photos of the items to be collected via text (415-969-4060 in the Bay Area and 602-609-6655 in Phoenix) or via our website www.remoovit.com.
  • Any member of our team that shows any symptoms of sickness will be asked not to come in or perform any service for a minimum of 2 weeks.
  • If you have any symptoms (fever, dry cough, shortness of breathing) please let us know before your pickup. We will reschedule your pickup at a convenient time at no cost.
  • Each member of our team will be required to put on a new pair of latexgloves prior to starting each job. We kindly request that all customers wash their hands after receiving our “we’re on the way” text notification.
  • During your pickup, please limit the number of people interacting with our team to one person.
