Resellability is determined by three main factors: brand, condition, and current resale market for similar items. We also take into consideration the age of the item and our current inventory. We have a dedicated internal team that carefully considers each item you send us photos of. The more information you can send us about your items with your pictures, the better! Items are sold on consignment (sorry, we do not purchase outright). The consignment period ranges from 60 to 120 days depending on the value. Once collected items are sold through a variety of resale channels depending on the type, style and value, including our own marketplace and showroom.

How it Works

You receive 50% of the resale value of the items that are sold. If any of your items do not sell, Remoov is dedicated to ensuring that these items are responsibly reused through donation. We work with local non-profits to provide these items to others in need and provide you with a tax-deductible receipt. Rest assured all eligible items that are not sold are given a chance at a new life via our donation ecosystem.

Protecting and enhancing Queen Creek is at the root of the community to plan to create programs, buildings, and policies that are earth-friendly. The Town’s goal is to identify ways to encourage developers and residents to remain conscientious about the effect their activities have on the environment by:

Minimizing the size of development footprints.
Integrating buildings with site topography and optimizing indoor/outdoor transitions for outdoor living (e.g, courtyards, porches, canopies).
Avoiding chemical herbicides, pesticides, and other ground treatments with toxic or hazardous constituents.

The Town of Queen Creek instituted a Green Building Policy in 2007 to reflect the Town’s commitment to encouraging environmentally conscious construction practices by adopting Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) inspired construction practices.

The Town of Queen Creek now maintains all facilities and buildings to be sustainable.
This applies to new construction and major remodels.
The private sector is encouraged to voluntarily apply the same LEED principles in the design, construction, and operation of buildings within Queen Creek.

The depletion of groundwater is an especially critical issue of concern in Arizona. The State Department of Water Resources has implemented water management strategies to address this challenge. Queen Creek is asking all residents to participate by taking action with any of these methods:

Incorporate water management strategies into building and site design.
Use low-flow plumbing fixtures (e.g., dual flush toilets) and water-efficient appliances (e.g., horizontal-axis washing machines).
Incorporate an efficient hot water delivery system (e.g., tankless, recirculating, centrally located water heater).
Convert to desert-responsible landscaping (Xeriscape).
Consider greywater usage, which takes the wastewater from locations such as bathroom sinks, showers, bathtubs, and laundry rooms, and uses it for landscape irrigation.
Collect and/or direct rainwater for irrigation.

These are the other areas of environmental concern that the Town has addressed and where everyone can participate in sustainable efforts.
